Return
1. In the case of a return of a non-problematic item due to incorrect execution of an order by our store, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by our store! We will immediately make sure that you are covered with the right item, while in the event that the item is no longer available, you will be credited with the amount paid. You must return the product as you received it when we shipped it with the same shipping company.
2. You have the right to return the product you have purchased from our website ( www.melideon .gr ) within 5 calendar days of issuing a retail receipt. The product is accepted for return when it is in its original condition, in its factory packaging with no evidence of tampering with the security tape or use of the product. Excluded from the withdrawal are cases where the products have been manufactured for you with your own specifications or upon special order, services that have already been performed.

1. If you are near our store
In this case you can visit our store and, after checking the condition of the product, we will immediately inform you of the further action.
2. If you receive via courier In this case:
a. Pack the product in a larger box to protect it during shipping.
b. Place inside the packaging you have made a document in which it is stated that you wish to replace the product, if the product is deemed eligible for return.
c. Send the package through the courier agency from which you received your order.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
There is no refund, but replacement with another product in the same amount.
If they are not returned within 5 days, then the company may not accept any return or replacement.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
3. In the cases in which there was a problem / real defect in the product (function or quality) which is covered by the product guarantee and if the guarantee has been given by the manufacturer.
This provision does not apply to products covered by third-party guarantees such as from the product manufacturer or its agent.
