A special variety produced exclusively in Crete. The special characteristic of this variety is that the mixture of thyme honey, pine honey and the honey of the unique Cretan herbs is made by the bee inside the hive, after it is collected and stored at the same time. It is collected at an altitude of 600 meters in the village "Agia Irini" of Chania.
Taste: Rich and intense taste.
